At DoubtSolving.com, we are committed to providing students with high-quality, affordable, and effective doubt-solving experiences. However, since our services are digital and usage-based, we have a specific refund policy outlined below.


🧾 1. General Policy

All purchases made on DoubtSolving.com — including subscription plans for live doubt-solving — are non-refundable once activated or used, in part or full.


💰 2. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may issue a partial or full refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Payment charged but service not activated

  • ⚠️ Technical issues on our side that prevented access

  • 🧑‍🏫 No tutor availability for extended periods after repeated attempts

  • 🔁 Duplicate or accidental payment for the same plan

To be eligible, your request must be raised within 72 hours of the transaction by writing to ask@doubtsolving.com with your registered email and payment receipt.


🚫 3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Plan already used (even partially — i.e., doubts posted or sessions initiated)

  • Dissatisfaction with tutor style or explanation

  • Change of mind after successful activation

  • Issues caused by poor internet connectivity or device problems on your end

  • Subscription expired and you forgot to use it

We offer low-cost, flexible plans so students can try short-term plans before committing to longer durations.


🔄 4. Plan Upgrade or Switch

If you wish to upgrade your plan or switch to a longer-duration package, we can help you adjust the remaining balance (if eligible). Please contact our team at ask@doubtsolving.com for manual assistance.


⏱️ 5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
